i have sat here over and over again....thinking of what to write.
i have written posts....then deleted them.  this has gone on for about the past 3 months.

i have a love/hate relationship with blogging.
i used to want to make money off of my blog and get hundred of followers and readers.
i am a 20-something year old.
i am not in high school.
my blog is not a popularity contest.

my blog is me.
this blog reflects who i am and who i am trying to become.
i don't want to be too personal, but hey, no one writes the rules to the blogosphere.

life lately has been a big bowl of emotions for me.
i lost a dear friend, my best friend.  but she isn't dead.
rather, she is serving the LDS church on a mission.  #proudsistermoment

yes, she is my eternal sister.  i love her dearly and miss her every minute of every day.

i have gained a new best friend. Mister S.  i love who i am when i am with him.  he gets me.

i have made several new friends.
i have become a teacher (a church teacher), which is the scariest thing, but the most rewarding thing for me.
i have developed deeper relationships with my grandparents, whom i love and adore.

my life is a journey.  a journey and not a destination.
my life is blessed.
i am happy to be living it.
